Pride Matchmaking™ (formerly Karmen Connects) was founded by Karmen Paley in 2025 to provide comprehensive dating support for LGBTQ+ professionals.
After five years at America's largest matchmaking firm, Karmen decided to develop a service built entirely around the LGBTQ+ community.
Over the last six years, Karmen has met with thousands of lesbian, gay, bi, trans, and queer+ daters to discuss relationship histories, lifestyles, values, and match preferences.
Karmen loves to lead workshops and panels on dating. Past guests include: Ubah Hassan (RHONY), Joey Sasso (The Circle), Jesse Pattinson (RPDR), Paris Campbell, Brooks Marks (RHOSLC), and more.
Most importantly, they've made hundreds of successful matches and have celebrated numerous client marriages (and a baby!).
